The Representative Team consists of one delegate from each member country. If there are more than two member organizations from one country, they can have two representatives in the Representative Team. This group meets once a year and have the opportunity to share experiences and suggest ideas for the future development of the Network. Coordinating Team (CT)
A 5-member Coordinating Team provides a decision making structure of the Network. The Coordinating Team meets twice a year to carry out this role and utilizes e-mail communication to conduct more regular business. Career of working with community based organizations. Over twenty years in the USA of building and developing a number of community-based organizations providing a range of organizing and services to people. Since 1996 he has been working in Slovakia to build local citizen organizations and community leadership. The work has been focused in urban areas and concentrated on large housing areas. Numerous campaigns have been started by local activists. There were also considerable successful pre-election activities taken on resulting in higher voter participation and better-informed voters. Igor Stojanovic - member of the CT
Igor Stojanovic, born in Banja Luka, RS/BiH, has more than ten years long experience in the work in the non-governmental sector in BiH and the region of Balkan. He is a co-founder of one of the most influential non-governmental organizations in BiH, the Centres for Civic Initiatives, in which he has been working as a Director for Development and Fundraising since 1999. He has participated in a series of BiH and international projects by working in the fields of research, advocacy and/or independent evaluation of activities. In addition, ha has significant consultant and trainer experience in the fields of non-profit boards of directors, analysis and policy development. He is a volunteer member of the executive governing body and one of the co-founders of the Central and Eastern Europe Citizens Network (CEE CN). He has graduated in management in the University in Novi Sad, Serbia, and he has gained additional education in America and Western Europe countries. Giorgi Meskhidze - member of the CT
Giorgi is an anthropologist and sociologist who specialize in effecting policy change through institution building, organization and management development and training. He has more than 8 years of successful experience in the training design, project management, and implementation of development assistance programs. Giorgi Meskhidze is co-founder of International Association "CIVITAS GEORGICA"; he managed several projects to support formation of free and democratic society in Georgia. Most recently, he served as a coordinator for programs of support for local government reform in Georgia. Mate Varga - member of CT
Mate has Masters Degree in Sociology and Cultural Management; he is experienced in work on community development in different local communities, teaching community development at vocational training courses, organizing adult training courses, conferences and seminars. Coordinator of CEE CN - Anna Karailieva
Teacher of Mathematics and Physics by education, since 1998 working in the nonprofit sector with the Center for Community Organizing which was started by National Democratic Institute. She has experience as a community organizer, coordinator of a local NGO Coalition and since 2001, the Coordinator of the CEE Citizens Network. She is also has experience in coalition building, community mobilization and local fundraising.
