The CEECN is proud to announce, that a new member has joined our Network - "Uluchay" Social-Economic Innovation Center from Azerbaijan. By them, our geographical coverage has extended to 19 countries.

"Uluchay" Social-Economic Innovation Center is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-religious, non-political organization based in Sheki, Azerbaijan.
Our mission is to create favourable conditions for people living in Northwest Azerbaijan, to help to overcome hindrances politically, legally, and socially and to support their civil rights, with the help of the local community and abroad.
We are currently active in the fields of economic development, rural development, civil society, children and youth development, education and gender issues. You can find more information at our official website www.uluchay.org
Specifically, our goals in building civil society are to strengthen the advocacy and lobbying abilities of local NGOs, state and municipal bodies, private sectors and the media in terms of solutions to political, legal, social and economic issues. |
